The Ralph David Abernathy Tower is a 100-unit senior HUD 202 affordable housing apartment building owned by West Hunter Street Baptist Church.

Completed in August 2012, The Optimal Company served in dual roles as the project developer and general contractor. The project consisted of a $2.5 million interior and exterior redevelopment and a green retrofit of the property. Georgia Power certified this domain as an energy-efficient building under its Earthcents Program.
