English Avenue School is located in Atlanta’s historic English Avenue neighborhood. The 54,000 sq. ft school is a three-part, two-story building that sits on 3.2 acres of property.

Our current redevelopment plan includes a historic preservation and an adaptive reuse of the school into a catalytic community resource and mixed-use commercial office center for Atlanta’s English Ave and Vine City communities. The school is listed on the Georgia Register of Historic Places and is named on the National Register of Historic Places.
